Dian began her career in Real Estate in 1996 after raising 3 children with her husband Terry in Prince's Lakes.
Originally from Indianapolis she moved to Nineveh/Prince's Lakes in 1961 attending Nineveh High School and graduating from Indian Creek High School after they consolidated.
The transition to selling Real Estate was an easy one and she quickly became a 'Lake area Specialist' with her knowledge of all the different lakes in the Johnson/Brown County area.
Having hired on to the Franklin branch of Carpenter Realtors in 1996 she became the Manager of that office in 2000. After six years of Managing she went back into sales. She covers a broad range of property types and areas from farm ground and vacant lots to residential, duplex, HUD, REO, short sales, Relocations, new builds, investment and some small commercial properties.
